George Kaiser is Chairman of BOK Financial Corp., amongst many Presidential and top executive roles he holds at other companies including: Kaiser-Francis Oil Co., Fountains Continuum of Care, Inc.; BOKF, NA; Kaiser Wholesale, Inc.; and GBK Corp. When Bank of Oklahoma was placed into Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation receivership in 1990, the following year it was bought out by Kaiser, boasting 20 branches in Oklahoma. Under his leadership, the company started an aggressive expansion effort. In 2007 for example, it expanded operation to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Currently the Bank of Texas is the 8th largest bank based in Texas boasting 3.7 billion in assets.
